-Insurance:
Current insurances accepted at the Winnebago office: BlueCross BlueShield, Medicaid, Medica, Medicare, UnitedHealth Care, Cigna, HealthPartners, and Auxiant.
Insurance is currently not accepted for the Swea City office. I will update here and on social media when the credentialing process is complete. The process varies from 30-120 days depending on the company. Self pay pricing is available until I am able to bill your insurance.
-Winnebago:
-Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9am-6pm
-Every 2nd and 4th Saturday from 10am-1pm
-Swea City:
-Thursdays from 9am-6pm
-Every 1st and 3rd Saturday from 10am-1pm

I graduated from Blue Earth Area High School in 2016 and went on to earn my Bachelor of Science in Public Health from St. Kate’s in 2020. During my studies, I learned that preventative care is one of the best investments you can make in yourself to achieve longevity and overall well-being. When the pandemic hit in March of 2020—just two months before graduation—I felt like my educational journey wasn’t over. One thing led to another, and after visiting Northwestern Health Sciences University, I knew that chiropractic care was the right path for me. I graduated in November of 2023 with my Doctorate of Chiropractic and worked as an associate chiropractor right after graduation. I quickly realized the need for chiropractic services back home which pushed me to take the leap to open my own office.
My goal is to create an empowering, personalized, and patient-focused space for my patients. Trustworthiness, integrity, and education are at the heart of my business, ensuring that every patient receives high-quality, holistic care tailored to their unique needs.
