-Insurance:

Current insurances accepted at the Winnebago office: BlueCross BlueShield, Medicaid, Medica, Medicare, UnitedHealth Care, Cigna, HealthPartners, and Auxiant.

Insurance is currently not accepted for the Swea City office. I will update here and on social media when the credentialing process is complete. The process varies from 30-120 days depending on the company. Self pay pricing is available until I am able to bill your insurance.

-Winnebago:

-Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9am-6pm -Every 2nd and 4th Saturday from 10am-1pm

-Swea City:

-Thursdays from 9am-6pm -Every 1st and 3rd Saturday from 10am-1pm
